CEA BEAUCEVILLE/ A Fascinating Person

Walter Élias Disney also cassed Walt, was known as being producer, director, scriptwriter, actor and american host of cartoons. He founded the Walt Disney Company Society in 1923 and bit by bit became one of the most famous movies producer.

Walt was born on December 5th 1901 in Chicago. He was the fourth son of Élias Disney, an Irish immigrant. He had one sister and one brother. The family lived on Trip Avenue and earned their living from the family company. Walt leaved the school at the age of 16 years old and wished to do his military service as an American Red Cross ambulance driver. After he came back to the states, Disney looked for a job. Since he always wanted to direct movies, he applyed for many jobs in that field. During his leisure time, he began to create his own movies. In Hollywood, Disney created a company with his brother Roy. That is how they started out the Disney Brothers’ Studios in the garage of their uncle Robert. Finally, on October 16th 1923, Disney signed with Margaret J. Winkley a contract to realize 12 movies. That date marked the Disney Studios creation. In 1926, the studios were renamed Walt Disney Studios.

Personally, I think that by creating those studios, Walt has allowed a thousand children and adults to go into a wonderful world and believe again in the magic.
